For me, it felt like a forbidden romance with milk and ice cream. When I finally discovered my dairy allergy, I realized I’d been enduring unnecessary pain for decades.
Determined to heal, I turned to probiotics, only to face another challenge: sugar. Most options were either packed with sugar or offered limited strains, falling short of truly supporting gut health.
